Veronica Angelescu is a Romanian multidisciplinary designer with a solid background in art and design. She created L’aurora Vero jewellery brand.
After receiving her BA and MD in Art and Design at Bucharest National University of Arts, Faculty of Decorative Arts and Design, Veronica gained more than 15 years of experience in the design world and she was formally trained in the art and techniques of jewellery making.
Her journey into art started during childhood and she was able to learn and experiment with multiple techniques that led her into the ability to express through different artistic mediums. Jewellery design is an art expression she discovered at a very young age and has always been a constant throughout her life. Her artistic expression is deeply influenced by art and culture.
Her art speaks about nature, beauty, harmony and balance and that is why she only creates jewellery when she founds herself in a peaceful state of mind. She’s also focused on creating jewellery pieces as an expression of art, meant to communicate at the level of a poem. She creates with the desire to convey only positive emotions.
Veronica’s signature style is elegant and sophisticated yet contemporary and her pieces are crafted using traditional techniques. She likes to create images and objects that tell stories and express emotions.
